Gordon Ramsay's iconic Bordeaux restaurant returns to the InterContinental

Gordon Ramsay’s two Michelin starred restaurant, Le Pressoir d’Argent, returns to the InterContinental Bordeaux – Le Grand Hotel this month following its recent temporary closure. The culinary teams at Le Pressoir d’Argent Gordon Ramsay have created exceptional new menus to mark the re-opening, which also coincides with the 5th year anniversary of the restaurant – now one of the top gastronomic institutions in Bordeaux. From Friday 4th September the restaurant’s iconic silver lobster press will once again take pride of place in the beautiful dining room, designed by Jacques Garcia. Together with Gordon Ramsay, chef Romain Lorenzon and pastry chef Aleksandre Olivier have created three exceptional tasting menus (choose from 4, 5 or 7 courses) each designed to celebrate the best of local produce and gastronomy.
