Yule Log 2016

Between sculpture and rich combinations of flavors, Arthur Fèvre, Pastry Chef of the InterContinental Bordeaux – Le Grand Hotel, has created his ideal yule log by revisiting a famous place in Bordeaux, Place de la Bourse. It’s a story of hazelnuts and lemons declined at will to taste the timeless city of great men.
