Anniversary Menu
From September 16 to October 25, 2025, our iconic Héritage menu will be infused with the flavors of memory. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Le Pressoir d’Argent, Chefs Alexandre Koa and Gaëtan Fiard pay tribute to a decade of culinary creation by delicately and modernly revisiting dishes that have shaped the history of the restaurant.
Our Head Sommelier, Kevin Quinsenac, has crafted a rare pairing, conceived with precision and subtlety as a journey through time: each selected vintage evokes the year a chef joined the Michelin-starred restaurant. An elegant way to let wine engage in a dialogue with the memory of our restaurant.
The journey is enhanced with thoughtful touches: a behind-the-scenes kitchen tour, a signed keepsake menu, and a gourmet surprise to take home and extend the experience.

Step into the heart of our two-Michelin-starred kitchen and share a rare and privileged moment with Chefs Alexandre Koa and Gaëtan Fiard.
Spend a morning in an exclusive hands-on workshop, where the Chefs will guide you through refined techniques, signature gestures, and expert tips — an experience rooted in savoir-faire and generosity.
The class is followed by a lunch at the kitchen pass, in the company of the Chefs, accompanied by a tasting of three wines specially selected by our Head Sommelier.
