Galette des Rois Bark!

This year, for Epiphany, Arthur Fèvre, our Executive Pastry Chef, worked on a galette des rois in the shape of a sliver of maple bark. Its crisp puff pastry with forest tones contains a delicious frangipane cream with almonds and maple syrup.
