Take Away LE BORDEAUX - AT HOME

Faced with this unprecedented situation, we had to be bold, creative, sometimes even be less classic by daring to break codes or habits…

This is why from May 21, Le Grand Hôtel is reinventing itself and opening the doors to its Take Away LE BORDEAUX – AT HOME – Unique, simple and delicious menu to enjoy at home. At home with friends, at home for two, at home with family or even at home alone for those with a sweet tooth! This week we are starting this new adventure with three of our Signature dishes: semi-cooked duck foie gras from the Ferme de Fontenau, condiment and brioche bread followed by a shoulder of milk-fed lamb from the Pyrenees Label Rouge confit for 10 hours, apples New potatoes and brown mushrooms, thyme juice and finally a lemon meringue pie and candied zest. The menu will change very regularly but will always always be composed of local and seasonal products in order to support our producers without whom our plates would definitely not be the same. Do not panic for the preparation at home, each dish will be accompanied by an ultra simple little tutorial that you will receive when ordering to make you the new cordon bleu of the neighborhood!

Possibility to order from Wednesday, May 20 on our website or via our Instagram account and until 6 p.m. the day before the recovery of your dishes. Three possible formulas according to your appetite or indulgence: Starter / main course / dessert menu at €39 per person. Starter / main course or main course / dessert menu at €32 per person. “To share” order for 2 people minimum. Collection of your good meals at Le Bordeaux restaurant (access via rue Mautrec) on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. And last but not least, our team respects 100% of the hygiene rules in order to protect you daily.
