Anniversary Menu
From September 16 to October 11, 2025, our emblematic Héritage Menu takes on the flavors of memory. To celebrate Le Pressoir d’Argent’s 10th anniversary, Chefs Alexandre Koa and Gaetan Fiard revisit — with finesse and modern flair — a selection of dishes that have left their mark on the restaurant’s story.
To accompany this experience, Head Sommelier Kevin Quinsenac has curated a rare and refined wine pairing: each vintage reflects the year a Chef joined the kitchen — a subtle and elegant dialogue between wine and memory.
The journey is enhanced with thoughtful touches: a behind-the-scenes kitchen tour, a signed keepsake menu, and a gourmet surprise to take home and extend the experience.

Michelin-Starred Cooking Class
Step into the heart of our two-Michelin-starred kitchen and share a rare and privileged moment with Chefs Alexandre Koa and Gaëtan Fiard.
Spend a morning in an exclusive hands-on workshop, where the Chefs will guide you through refined techniques, signature gestures, and expert tips — an experience rooted in savoir-faire and generosity.
The class is followed by a lunch at the kitchen pass, in the company of the Chefs, accompanied by a tasting of three wines specially selected by our Head Sommelier.
