In September, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Le Pressoir d\u2019Argent Gordon Ramsay celebrates ten years of passion, excellence, and culinary creativity.
A decade shaped by the talents who have forged its identity, the emotional moments shared with you, and the creativity that continues to inspire each new season.

Anniversary Menu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

From September 16 to October 25, 2025, our iconic H\u00e9ritage menu will be infused with the flavors of memory. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Le Pressoir d\u2019Argent, Chefs Alexandre Koa and Ga\u00ebtan Fiard pay tribute to a decade of culinary creation by delicately and modernly revisiting dishes that have shaped the history of the restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Head Sommelier, Kevin Quinsenac, has crafted a rare pairing, conceived with precision and subtlety as a journey through time: each selected vintage evokes the year a chef joined the Michelin-starred restaurant. An elegant way to let wine engage in a dialogue with the memory of our restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The journey is enhanced with thoughtful touches: a behind-the-scenes kitchen tour, a signed keepsake menu, and a gourmet surprise to take home and extend the experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spend a morning in an exclusive hands-on workshop, where the Chefs will guide you through refined techniques, signature gestures, and expert tips \u2014 an experience rooted in savoir-faire and generosity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
