The InterContinental Bordeaux – Le Grand Hotel is closely monitoring the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic and is paying the utmost attention to the safety and health of its guests and collaborators.

Following government announcements, it is mandatory to wear a mask in our public areas from the age of 6. A Health Pass is required for adults aged 11 and over for all access to the hotel and its outlets

The health pass consists in providing digital or paper proof of :

A complete vaccination

A negative PCR or antigenic test less than 24 hours old

A recovery certificate – RT-PCR or positive antigenic test older than 11 days and less than 6 months.

You will not be garanted access without supporting documents.



Thanks to our IHG CLEAN PROMISE and to extremely precise and strict cleaning protocols, we are able to certify a perfect sanitary security and allow you to fully enjoy your stay.

Clean means clean

In preparation for your arrival, everything in the room has been deep cleaned following our IHG Way of Clean process with hospital-grade disinfectants.

To ensure that your room is cleaned in your absence, we advise you to contact, the day before, Housekeeping.

If your room is not clean to your satisfaction, we promise to make it right.
