A Favourite Dining Place

Respectful of the quality and freshness of local and regional produces, the menu of Le Bordeaux Gordon Ramsay proposes specialties of South-Westen France with a British touch. Among the favorites on the menu: the Beef “Wellington” to share, Caesar salad, or the famous “Fish & Chips” will be on offer. Concerning the desserts list, Arthur Fèvre revamped some traditional recipes:  Spring “Gariguettes” (a flavorsome type of strawberry), lemon tart, chocolate Fondant… The wine menu offers a large range including a fine selection of Bordeaux wines.

Simplicity, Delight for the Senses

The restaurant interior design, supervised by Jacques Garcia recalls the splendid Belle-Époque style. He worked with a palette of colors inspired by the deep green glass of wine bottles, the golden hue of sweet white wines and the velvety color of Bordeaux red wines. Such a harmonious design acts as a tribute to Bordeaux wines and the symbolic hotel venue. The marriage between the elegant style of the design and Gordon Ramsay’s passion for South Western French produces gives a new breath to the brasserie which has become the perfect  spot for French and British specialties.

From 12:30pm to 3:00pm, this unique brunch in Bordeaux (the last one of the season) offers the best croissants, pastries and other sweet and savory proposals concocted with seasonal produces, served on a sumptuous self-serve buffet.

Arthur Fèvre Pays Homage to Yves Klein

InterContinental Bordeaux - The Grand Hotel invites you to celebrate Easter as you have never imagined where the world of art and gastronomy merged for a perfect symbiosis. Our Executive Pastry Chef takes on an unprecedented challenge by capturing the beauty of the invisible to make it visible and invites you to discover "La Rencontre entre Yves Klein et Arthur Fèvre", a tribute to this visionary and precursor artist. An exhibition that is as intense as it is audacious, inspired, among other things, by the beauty of the Globe Terrestre RP 7 from Yves Klein or the singularity of Monochrome from Yves Klein, which gives birth to 11 creations exhibited in the public areas of the hotel from March 23th to April 8th. You will have the opportunity to buy “L’Œuf Yves Klein de Pâques by Arthur Fèvre” at the price of 22 € from March 15th on our website then from March 17th to April 8th on all points of sale of the InterContinental Bordeaux - The Grand Hotel (L’Orangerie, the website, the bistrot Le Bordeaux Gordon and its terrace).
